Finding myself after losing myself has been a journey that sometimes feels like starting over from scratch, and other times it feels like putting the pieces back together like building a stained glass mosaic. The pieces are beautiful but fragmented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finding hope, joy, trust, safety and creativity again has not been easy in the past year and a half. In order to heal I realised I had to believe. Believe that anything is possible and bet on myself. I found peace within me by allowing beauty back into my life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Going to those little places of inspiration that fuel my soul. Taking that walk, daring to go into that favourite store. Has it been easy. No. Are days still hard? Yes!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But on the hard days I choose to let the light, hope and beauty in to refresh my soul. On the hard days I remember my strength, my resiliency and how far I\u2019ve come. I lean into knowing that this too shall pass. I choose safety over fear. I practice being brave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Balance is an old friend I miss greatly and when it\u2019s with me I cherish it deeply. It has taught me gratitude and appreciation for the small things that sometimes go unnoticed. And in it\u2019s absence I\u2019ve learned to just let go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biography <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Ana Fuentes is graphic designer, educator, and creative coach. She lives, designs, and creates in Los Angeles, California. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three years ago Ana experienced debilitating dizziness and vestibular symptoms that put a halt on her daily life. For a long time, she wanted to go back to being who she use to be \u2026 the vibrant, active, full-of-energy person she had been. \u201cSlowly but surely I found hope. I realised I had always had the power. I just had to learn for myself.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ana established VeWell Health and Wellness Coaching<\/a>, to foster wellness and balance after a vestibular condition through the use of creative experiences and art tools.  Ana is a graduate of the Art Center College of Design, California.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
